What’s a Little Bon Voyage?

As spring gradually approaches and winter gently recedes in to memory, it is once again time for me to start planning my photography trips. When summer brings longer days and warmer weather, I seek out new adventures and with this blog I aim to share my experiences. I will discuss where I plan on going, what I photographed while there, and share a few interesting facts and nuggets about the destinations I visited. When looking for destinations to visit, my primary consideration is always the potential for capturing the captivating landscapes in unique and unusual ways. It is my aim with this blog to accompany my photographs with a little discussion about the places I have visited. I want to use this blog as a way to discuss the locations I photograph and give a little bit of information about. This blog is not going to be about the technical aspects of photography or what gear I used because I feel as if there are plenty of blogs out there that discuss this and I find that if I added my two cents it would be redundant and not that interesting.

So let’s put on our traveling shoes and get ready for warmer weather and adventures! I look forward to sharing my photographic journey with everyone.
